‘Ever Flowing’ Itinerary (i.e. it might be subject to change!) The idea is that each of the speakers will offer a short talk on the Sunday. We will be asking you towards the end of the day to please fill out a short questionnaire, which will ask for feedback about the conference & venue, offer the opportunity to pose questions for Monday’s discussion panel and also which 2 or 3 speakers you would like to most hear from again. The most requested speakers will then speak again filling the longer ‘talk slots’ on the Monday.
The venue will be laid out such that you will be able to, reasonably easily, leave your seat during or between speakers should you require a comfort break. You can wander around the hall, marquee or grounds freely throughout the day providing it does not disturb the speakers or the rest of the audience. Please note that the conference will also be filmed.
PLEASE NOTE: The itinerary is currently being updated to schedule in the Crystal Skull Puja with Geshe Lama Ahbay Rinpoche, who we are delighted to welcome to the conference.
