It is our intention to set this up in the wonderful space that is the Dance Studio on the first floor. This room, with its stunning views, has the real 'wow' factor, in our opinion. We will be able to seat up to 50 people in a large circle with the Crystal Bowls, Gongs and other sound healing tools in the centre. It is soft or no shoes only due to the beautiful wooden floor.
Catherine Stargazer will be our main sound channel for the weekend, bringing her set of Crystal Bowls, Gongs and two Harmonic seats (we will update you when we remember the real name for these!). There will also be drums and other bits coming along and you are more than welcome to bring anything that you have to join in.
Our intention is to have our first 'sound bath' on Friday evening, sometime between dinner and bed as guided. Like everything throughout the weekend you can join in, or not, entirely up to how you feel and what you are guided to do and / or listen to.
As with most things over the weekend the sound will be channelled as guided and quite likely as Catherine plays the bowls, White Elk Woman will tone and chant as guided. Again, join in, or not, as guided.
As previously mentioned, if you are unable to climb the stairs to the first floor, we will be able to bring the sound to you, no problem.
